Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Production Planner to develop and execute short to mid-term supply planning activities, aligning customer demand, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity.

The role emphasizes coordinating production schedules, material availability, and collaboration across teams to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Operations Management or similar discipline.
• 5–8 years' experience in supply chain or production planning in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• MRP-SAP PP module planning experience, master production schedules, rough cut capacity plans, and resource plans.
• Strong Excel and report development skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production planning to support customer orders and safety stock targets.
• Maximize capacity utilization to meet production output, inventory goals, and material availability.
• Collaborate with Customers, Customer Success, Supply Chain and manufacturing on order execution for Make-to-Order items.
• Manage prioritization requests between Supply Chain and Commercial Team and track actions.
• Identify excess/expired/at-risk inventory in collaboration with commercial and operations.
