Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Production Planning Executive in Singapore to support material planning, order follow-up, and production scheduling.

The role involves inventory control, manpower arrangement, and maintaining production documentation to ensure timely fulfilment. Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering, SCM, Operations, Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, or production coordination is a plus.
• Good understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory control and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse and other departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Material Planning and Inventory Control: assist in sourcing qualified suppliers, raise and follow up on PRs, monitor usage and inventory levels.
• Order Follow-up and Production Execution: liaise with Sales, track customer orders and production progress.
• Production Planning and Documentation: prepare and adjust production plans, coordinate maintenance schedules, manage manpower and daily records.
