Citi in Singapore is seeking a senior leader in Markets Production Management to oversee day-to-day Equities Asia Pacific trading support, including a team of 35+ engineers responsible for algorithmic trading, high-touch systems, and market connectivity.

You will drive resiliency, observability, and automation initiatives while shaping the strategic direction of the function and acting as a trusted business partner.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in applications support or leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of FIX and equities trading connectivity.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Proven track record in implementing observability and platform resiliency.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 35+ support engineers for algo trading and client connectivity.
• Set strategic plans for the function and align with business objectives.
• Oversee performance reviews, hiring, and other personnel actions.
• Own disaster recovery plans and drive global collaboration.
• Define standard methodologies and ensure process compliance across teams.
