Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Senior Production Manager to lead end-to-end production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will ensure production runs safely, efficiently, reliably and on schedule, maintaining high quality and cost compliance.

You will collaborate with Planning, Quality Control, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing and R&D to drive excellence and support business needs. Leadership of cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably regulated.
• 8–10 years of supervisory/people management experience.
• Experience with SAP/ERP/manufacturing systems.
• ISO 13485 and/or FDA-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen and continuous improvement experience.
• Green Belt certification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations to meet schedules and demand.
• Oversee supervisors and teams with strong leadership and coaching.
• Troubleshoot equipment/quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Develop production schedules and resource allocation across lines.
• Ensure SOPs, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
