Job summary

Poli Medical Company Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a production lead to oversee daily operations, ensuring product quality and safety compliance within a GMP-certified manufacturing environment. You will drive an efficient workflow and coordinate across departments to meet targets.

You will collaborate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse and Planning to resolve issues, mentor staff, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to achieve set production targets efficiently
• Manage manpower allocation to maintain smooth and continuous production workflow
• Ensure product quality by enforcing compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and reduce machine downtime through proactive oversight
• Enforce adherence to safety rules and work procedures among all production employees
• Coordinate effectively with QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to support production goals
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance
• Identify production issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports for operational transparency
• Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and operational excellence
