Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned production supervisor to oversee manufacturing at the Boon Lay site. You will ensure the production plan aligns with MDLZ HSE & Quality standards and apply Lean Six-Sigma for strong engagement and continuous improvement.

Requires 6–8 years in FMCG/food, a Bachelor in Engineering, and proven leadership. You will lead root-cause analysis, coach line crews, and collaborate with HSE, QM and BD&E teams to meet quality targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 6–8 years of FMCG/food industry experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing processes and ensure production plan delivery per MDLZ HSE & Quality standards.
• Utilize Lean Six-Sigma processes to maximize engagement and zero losses.
• Plan and monitor annual and monthly line manning and spending.
• Develop process improvements for efficient use of people, machines and materials.
• Provide technical support for production and maintenance to maximize efficiency.
• Drive innovation across teams and tackle complex problems.
• Lead root cause analysis to eliminate line losses and downtime.
• Implement and maintain data collection and analysis on key process parameters.
• Plan and lead line crew education and training to close skill gaps.
• Support BD&E on line-related projects and NPDs with quality timelines.
• Partner with HSE & QM to foster HSEQ culture.
• Maintain accurate process data recording and reporting.
• Own AM/PM implementation on the line.
• Lead daily production line meetings.
• Own SWPs per plant structure.
