Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Mechanical or chemical engineering or related field.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Familiar with QRQC, 8D, TPM, SMED and problem-solving methodologies.
Proven leadership and production planning skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct the production team to meet targets and customer expectations.
Own team performance, productivity and daily production results.
Ensure proper staffing, motivation and competency development.
Enforce policies, production schedules and workplace discipline when needed.
Manage operations according to quality, safety and pull flow standards.
Monitor machine operations and minimize downtime and wastage.
Promote continuous improvement through suggestions and action plans.
Support problem-solving projects and timely implementation of solutions.
Align team efforts with business strategy and company goals.
Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and product quality requirements.
Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve quality concerns effectively.
