Job summary

AT Honeycomb Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a production professional to ensure targets on quality, delivery and cost are met. You will coordinate with internal teams and manage planning of manpower, materials, and machinery to support efficient production.

You will monitor product and process quality, maintain equipment and facilities, and develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime while driving continuous improvement across labour efficiency and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Diploma with minimum 3 years of working experience in related capacity.
• Experience in the manufacturing assembly, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Reach production targets in quality, delivery and cost.
• Communicate with internal function teams for production issues to meet customer requirements.
• Plan production (man, material, machinery and material).
• Monitor product and process quality to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain production equipment, machinery, tools and facilities for safe, reliable and uninterrupted production operations.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and production downtime.
• Continuous improvement to labour efficiency, reduce waste and scrap.
• Plan and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to continuously improve production effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work order close in time.
• Maintain system accuracy.

Job description

• Monitor the key indicators of product and process quality to meet the customer requirements.

• Manage and maintain production equipment, machinery, tools and supporting facilities to ensure safe, reliable and uninterrupted production operations.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and production downtime.

• Continuous improvement on labour efficiency, reduce waste and scrap.

• Plan and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives as required to continuously improve production effectiveness and efficiency.

• Work order close in time.

• Maintain system accuracy
