Job summary

Responsibilities include staffing, training, and continuous improvement, with close collaboration with engineering to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions. A strong Lean mindset and leadership track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or chemical engineering or related field.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiar with QRQC, 8D, TPM, SMED and problem-solving methodologies.
• Proven leadership and production planning skills.

Responsibilities
