Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Product Owner to drive the vision and delivery of PFA digital, data, automation and AI-enabled capabilities. You will partner with business stakeholders and Technology squads to ensure measurable business outcomes.

You will define backlogs, user journeys, success metrics and acceptance criteria, coordinating agile delivery and ensuring operational readiness across platforms such as the PFA website and related tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software product delivery, technology projects or operations transformation.
• Experience translating business problems into tech requirements, backlogs, and success metrics.
• Experience in Agile delivery and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, roadmap, prioritisation and delivery for PFA digital, data, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Plan and drive technology deliverables, including plans, timelines, risks, scope and budget.
• Act as liaison between PFA business stakeholders and Technology teams for clear requirements and governance.
