- Coordinate end-to-end product rollouts and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Provide operational leadership and mentorship to customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive onboarding, migrations, and general product usage across agencies.
- Lead recurring cross-functional customer forums with SCs, Eng, PM, CTMO.
- Monitor adoption dashboards and analyze ticket feedback for improvements.
- Coordinate operational readiness for new product rollouts and surveys.
- Offer guidance and establish best practices across problem spaces.
