Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Leader to drive cross-product experiences from conception to delivery. You will engage directly with business users to understand workflows and translate them into scalable solutions using GovTech platforms and AI tooling.

You will define metrics, manage backlogs, and collaborate with marketing to ensure smooth adoption of new capabilities, while promoting an AI-assisted, design-thinking approach across the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related subject area.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business users to understand workflows, pain points and objectives.
• Design technical solutions by identifying effective combinations of GovTech platform products and AI tools.
• Generate functional prototypes with business users to validate assumptions and refine product direction.
• Manage the backlog and define measurable success metrics for the solutions.
• Promote the use of GDP platforms and AI-assisted development across the organisation.
