Job summary

GovTech, Singapore’s lead agency for Smart Nation and public sector digital transformation, is hiring a Lead Product Manager/Senior Product Manager embedded in SWDA. You will drive large-scale transformation of training providers and modernise course applications, delivery, and grants management.

You will work with product, design and engineering teams to prioritise discoveries, prototype solutions, and measure impact with robust metrics, while guiding stakeholders through complex changes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Platforms, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex discovery or modernisation initiatives involving enterprise or operational systems.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity and organisational complexity.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Validated leadership ability to lead product teams to iterate and solve problems.
• Deep technical capabilities and communication skills to work with design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and transformation efforts with cross-functional teams to uncover pain points and shape future-state journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to translate findings into prioritized modernisation work.
• Mitigate risks and validate ideas through rapid prototyping and POCs.
• Define and track metrics to measure success of product decisions.
• Balance new capabilities with migration of reusable components while ensuring continuity.
• Uncover opportunities to leverage AI to enhance capabilities and user experience.
