Job summary

Responsibilities include end-to-end product lifecycle, market research, KPI alignment, and close collaboration with design and engineering. A strong background in agile methods and data-driven decision-making is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience with government digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve public services and citizen experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Conduct market research and gather user insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and KPIs.
• Prioritize features and create detailed product requirements documents.
• Work with design and engineering teams to deliver successful product delivery.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive improvements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Facilitate communication between teams and government agencies.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Present product updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
