Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3 years of experience in internet strategy products, risk control, Trust & Safety, or content/moderation governance.
• AI & LLM application proficiency: familiar with latest developments in LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Deep understanding of AI applications in risk control and content governance, including implementing LLMs in live safety scenarios.
• Data insight & analysis: strong logic, high data sensitivity, proficient in SQL and data analysis tools, with experience in A/B testing.
• Cross-cultural communication and collaboration in a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategy planning & development for safety in TikTok Live scenarios and risk control strategies.
• Translate safety requirements into product logic and system capabilities across the end-to-end loop.
