Job summary

antas pte. ltd. seeks a Senior Analyst / Product Owner with 15+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Banking Technology Transformation. You will drive core banking modernization and end-to-end delivery of technology projects across global markets.

The role requires lead responsibility for platform modernization, data migration, and digital solutions for CRM, client reporting, and enterprise actions, working across Front Office, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Banking Technology, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
• Expertise in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Custody Services.
• Functional expertise in Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Lifecycle Management, Corporate Actions, Securities Settlement, and Client Portfolio Management.
• Experience in core banking modernization and data migration.
• Proficient in requirements analysis, functional solution design, UAT, and implementation.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven stakeholder management and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead core banking transformation and platform modernization using Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and drive solution design.
• Manage wealth management workflows, including investment advisory, portfolio management, order placement, and trade execution.
• Deliver digital solutions for CRM, Client 360, client reporting, and corporate actions.
• Drive data migration, system integration, and end-to-end implementation of banking applications.
• Manage UAT, SIT, defect tracking, and production go-live support.
• Lead Agile delivery through backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Drive process automation, business process re-engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
