Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior product manager for VIP products to shape strategy and roadmaps across high-value trading experiences. You will own VIP user flows, service tools, and growth initiatives while partnering with business, operations, engineering, design and data teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes deep understanding of VIP/institutional trading products, strong ownership, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with leadership
• Experience with VIP or institutional trading products
• Strong cross-functional delivery and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own VIP product strategy and roadmap
• Lead end-to-end delivery for VIP flows and tools
• Collaborate with biz, ops, engineering, design, data, compliance
• Identify user needs and translate to product solutions
• Improve VIP onboarding, account management, support, and trading journeys
• Track product performance and drive optimization
• Mentor PMs in VIP domain
