AMD is seeking a Senior Manager – Product Manager to own end-to-end programs for strategic server product lines. You will lead a multi-disciplinary organization across sites such as Singapore and Penang, driving product definition, execution, and high-volume manufacturing.

The role requires a seasoned executive with deep semiconductor experience, proven people leadership, and the ability to work with executive stakeholders across global teams.

Qualifications

• Progressive semiconductor product development experience.
• Experience leading and scaling engineering teams and managers.
• Track record of taking complex products from definition to high-volume production.

Responsabilités

• Own program and business accountability for one or more Enterprise/server product lines.
• Build, lead, and scale a multi-functional Product Engineering organization.
• Directly manage and develop people managers and section leads; build bench strength and succession plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Design, Product/Test Engineering, Quality/Reliability, and Manufacturing.
• Establish program schedules, assess risks, and drive closure on execution risks to ensure NPI delivery.
• Engage BU and executive leadership with clear program updates and decisions.
