Job summary

AMD in Singapore seeks a Program Manager in NPI Program Management to plan, steer, and deliver timely product rollouts. You will connect engineering execution with supply chain and operations, guiding projects from design through qualification to production release.

You will translate technical realities into actionable plans, manage risk, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet milestones in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience delivering complex semiconductor programs across engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program planning and ensure milestones and gates are met on schedule.
• Establish networks with Design, Silicon Technology, Product, Assembly, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Drive NPI rollouts from Tape-Out to Production Release with clear ownership of milestones.
• Coordinate engineering execution across the NPI cycle and ensure alignment among verification, testing, and qualification teams.
• Lead manufacturing planning, capacity alignment with foundry/OSAT, and production transfer to volume manufacture.
• Manage supplier relationships and delivery of silicon, substrates, and materials across the NPI lifecycle.
