Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a New Product Introduction Product Engineering Senior Manager to lead the Product Engineering team in developing next‑generation Semicustom AMD products. You will work with global teams across product test, design, quality, reliability, and customers to achieve cost, yield and quality targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or comparable disciplines.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience leading NPI teams and understanding product development ecosystem.
Excellent communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead PE team in silicon characterization and analysis to define products meeting yield and cost targets.
Own PEO inputs to design issues and feedback to design teams.
Provide technical leadership to PEO teams and align groups to meet product requirements.
Influence design and customer discussions impacting the final product.
Conduct product test, cost and quality gate reviews per milestones.
Debug customer-reported issues and assist teams to resolve them.
