Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the product lifecycle from RFQ with Sales/Marketing/Operations to meet customer needs.
• Drive timely RFQ closure by tracking Turnaround Time (TAT) and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Lead FAT, FLP, and FAI to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Oversee BOM and manufacturing routing for assigned products with accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive improvements in yield, scrap reduction, COGS, On-Time Delivery (OTD) and PPM.
• Manage product concessions and ensure compliance with internal processes and customer requirements.
• Oversee packaging, raw materials, tooling, jigs and fixtures for production readiness.
• Act as the primary interface between the company and customers on product-related topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in weekly reviews to monitor FAT, yield, scrap, OTD and other metrics.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements across the product lifecycle to enhance quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction.
