Job summary

You will lead planning, coordinate delivery of design solutions, support customers during development, and optimize budgets through cost studies, jigs and fixtures creation, supplier coordination, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management to plan, coordinate, and deliver product design solutions that achieve business goals
• Provide ongoing customer support during product development and realization to ensure satisfaction and successful project completion
• Conduct detailed cost studies on machining and project tasks to optimize budgets and resource use
• Develop and manage jigs and fixtures for machining operations to improve production accuracy and efficiency
• Negotiate and communicate with subcontractors to secure reliable hardware support for projects
• Enforce and monitor safe operational and handling procedures to uphold workplace safety standards
