Job summary

Toshiba TEC Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive PLM Engineer to support product lifecycle activities from development through mass production and end-of-life management.

You will drive engineering change management, ensure regulatory compliance (RoHS/REACH/Export Control), and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep programs on track. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or project coordination environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Engineering Change Management, PLM, or regulatory compliance is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Group Leaders in new product and project activities.
• Coordinate and manage EC and EOL activities for existing products.
• Liaise with internal teams on engineering change matters.
• Support consolidation and verification of regulatory documents (RoHS/REACH/Export Control).
• Monitor and coordinate mass production activities and cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including BOM updates and compliance declarations.
• Organise and coordinate meetings to ensure timely project plans.
• Follow up on action items and support project progress reporting.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Engineer to support product lifecycle activities from new product introduction through mass production and end-of-life management. The successful candidate will play a key role in engineering change management, product compliance, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory documentation to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuity throughout the product lifecycle.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining engineering documentation, including BOM updates, compliance declarations, shipment and purchase requests, as well as project records and reports.

• Follow up on action items and support project progress reporting.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or project coordination environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Engineering Change Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or regulatory compliance would be an advantage.
