Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital product design, UI/UX design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating delivery of complex digital products.
• Excellent skills in interaction design, visual design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience designing accessible, content-heavy digital interfaces.
• Proven experience independently leading product design and collaborating with PMs and Engineers.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across products.
• Familiarity with incorporating AI tools into design workflows.
