Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of digital products, user journeys, and complex workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence direction and champion user-centered solutions.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 5+ years in design, and proficiency with Figma/ XD/ Sketch, with experience in Agile environments and front-end familiarity (React/Tailwind) being a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work (research to delivery).

• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable design solutions.
• Familiarity with front-end tech like React or Tailwind CSS is a plus.

• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery.

This role combines strategic thinking, user-centered design, research, and collaboration to create intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence product direction, drive design excellence, and champion user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design, from discovery and research through prototyping, validation, and delivery.


• Translate business objectives, user needs, and operational requirements into intuitive and scalable digital experiences.


• Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.


• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform design decisions.


• Drive consistency through design systems, reusable components, and UX/UI standards.


• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.


• Support Agile delivery by providing design specifications, implementation guidance, and design reviews.


• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of design capabilities, standards, and best practices across the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related discipline.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including research, user journeys, wireframes, prototyping, and delivered products.


• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.


• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.


• Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, interaction design, responsive design, and usability best practices.


• Ability to translate user, business, and technical requirements into practical and scalable design solutions.


• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Tailwind CSS, or equivalent frameworks is advantageous.


• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
