Job summary

Phillip Capital Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end product design, transforming customer and business needs into intuitive, scalable digital experiences across web and mobile.

You will collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to identify user problems, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality experiences, while contributing to the Design System and ensuring accessibility and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and problem-solving capability.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Strong UI design skills, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, spacing, and component-based design.
• Experience conducting or participating in user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, prototyping tools, and AI-assisted design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct and participate in user research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing.
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and insights into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design high-fidelity user interfaces with strong usability, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and consistency.
• Contribute to the Design System by defining, applying, documenting, and improving reusable components, patterns, and standards.
• Define and document UX behaviour for responsive layouts, accessibility, dynamic content, and edge-case scenarios.
• Identify UX issues and recommend practical, user-centred design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver effective solutions.
• Present and articulate design concepts, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders.
• Validate designs using research findings, customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
• Support design reviews, UX QA, and implementation quality to ensure designs are delivered consistently and accurately.
• Stay current with UX, UI, accessibility, industry standards, and evolving design practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of UX processes, Design System standards, and product experiences.
