Job summary

NSEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Experience and Interface Designer to shape intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms for Asia-Pacific markets.

You will conduct usability tests, translate findings into design improvements, maintain design system consistency, and collaborate with developers and product owners to deliver polished interfaces.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in design, IT, or software engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant design experience.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and design workflows.
• Experience with usability testing and translating findings into design improvements.
• Proficiency in wireframes, prototypes, and handoff deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions and user research with the dev team; synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Craft and iterate on user interface designs and end-to-end workflows using AI-assisted design tools, aligned with design systems and accessibility.
• Produce and maintain design specifications, annotated wireframes, and prototypes for smooth developer handoff.
• Collaborate with project teams and product owners to gather requirements and present concepts, incorporating feedback within review cycles.
• Review and update shared design components, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across product touchpoints.
• Support creation of visual assets, presentation decks, and communication materials for team initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct regular usability testing sessions and user research activities in collaboration with the development team, synthesising findings into actionable insights to inform design decisions.
• Craft and iterate on user interface designs and end-to-end workflows leveraging AI-assisted design tools, ensuring consistency with established design systems and accessibility standards.
• Produce and maintain detailed design specifications, annotated wireframes, and prototypes to facilitate smooth handoff to developers and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal project teams and product owners to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback within agreed review cycles.
• Review and update shared design components, style guides, and pattern libraries on a regular basis to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
• Support the creation of visual assets, presentation decks, and communication materials as needed to support team and departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Design, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
• Minimum [ 2 ] years of relevant work experience as a designer or equivalent position
• Practical knowledge of UI/UX design principles, tools (e.g. Figma), and end-to-end design workflows.
• Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and translating user research findings into design improvements.
• Proficiency in crafting wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for handoff to development teams.
