Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to gain deep insights into user needs, translating findings into impactful design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to implement and refine design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, providing expert insights and constructive feedback to enhance product design.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design innovations to continuously elevate design quality and creativity.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within the crypto, internet, or fintech industries.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, with hands-on experience using prototyping tools like Principle and Axure.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a deep understanding of user experience principles.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in both English & Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
