• Bachelor-level qualification in film/media/production or related field is required.
• Experience leading large-scale multi-disciplinary productions is essential.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholders across complex campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end production planning and execution for integrated campaigns, branded content, photography, video productions, major events, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Translate business objectives and creative ambitions into production strategies, work plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing models.
• Establish production approaches that balance creative excellence, operational efficiency, speed-to-market, and commercial objectives.
• Act as a senior advisor to internal stakeholders on production feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and executional considerations.
• Serve as the primary production lead across multiple business units and senior stakeholders, guiding alignment from inception to delivery.
• Build trusted partnerships with executive leadership, marketing teams, brand managers, creative teams, external agencies, and production partners.
• Facilitate decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups while balancing competing priorities and timelines.
• Lead production reviews, pre-production meetings, and executive project updates.
• Oversee production resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects and optimize utilization of internal and external teams.
• Identify capacity risks and bottlenecks and develop proactive solutions.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-term resourcing strategies.
