JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Production Lead to drive end-to-end creative productions across campaigns, shoots, videos, events and brand activations in Singapore. You will manage timelines, budgets and resources, coordinating locations, cast, crews and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality across digital and retail channels.

The role requires 8+ years in production, including leadership experience, with strong budgeting, vendor management and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Marketing, Communications, Creative Production or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant production experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, creative agency or brand environments.
• At least 3 years in senior or leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end creative and physical productions (campaigns, shoots, videos, events).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, budgeting, vendor management, contracts & supplier negotiation.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management with multi-project ownership.
• Strong communication and negotiation with a hands-on, resourceful approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end production across campaigns, photoshoots, video content, lookbooks and brand projects.
• Plan and manage production timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate production logistics including locations, casting, crews, vendors, permits and schedules.
• Oversee execution of pop-ups, retail activations, events and brand collaborations.
• Source and manage external vendors, agencies, contractors and partners, including negotiations and deliverables.
• Manage production budgets, contracts and supplier agreements with Finance and Legal involvement.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Digital, Retail and internal teams for smooth execution and brand alignment.
• Oversee post-production, asset quality control, approvals and final delivery across channels.
• Manage multiple productions simultaneously, resolving operational challenges, risks and delays.
• Establish and improve production workflows to drive efficiency and consistency.
