Job summary

REEL LOCO PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Executive Producer in Singapore to lead end-to-end production, client leadership and new business development. This hands-on role combines new business and production oversight with commercial judgement to keep projects profitable.

You will oversee projects across film, photography, content and AI hybrid production, owning budgets, schedules and reconciliations while building strong client and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial production, advertising or integrated content.
• Strong client leadership and ability to develop agency/brand relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production process from brief to final delivery, including budgets, schedules, resourcing and post-production.
• Own the client relationship, translate briefs into clear plans and communicate cost implications effectively.
• Coordinate directors, creatives, production partners and AI artists locally and internationally, ensuring capacity and on-time delivery.
• Drive the commercial outcome by building realistic estimates, tracking costs and managing scope changes for profitability.
• Develop new business opportunities by fostering agency and brand relationships and turning introductions into briefs and awarded work.
• Improve workflows, flag risks early and push for practical, efficient production processes.
