The ideal candidate has 3+ years in content creation, strong technical editing skills in Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom, and a track record of producing for luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a content creator, videographer, or photographer with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent technical skills in photography and videography, including traditional and mobile-first formats.
• Natural storyteller with rhythm, pacing, and emotional resonance in short-form content.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent.
• Experience creating content for luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment brands is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple shoots and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing experiences to life through compelling content.

Responsabilités

• Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for hotel, dining, entertainment, retail and events.
• Develop story-led concepts for social media, digital marketing and brand channels.
• Work independently on location capturing planned and spontaneous content across fast-paced environments.
• Provide comprehensive event coverage from pre-event to post-event delivery.
• Edit content with color correction, sound design, and platform-appropriate pacing.
• Collaborate with Art Director and creative team to align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Stay updated on social and digital trends to adapt storytelling approaches.
• Support larger campaigns with behind-the-scenes content and real-time social needs.
• Manage content organisation, tagging, archiving and asset delivery.
