Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Raise PRs and POs for monthly needs.
• Support procurement for new centre setups and ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle ad-hoc procurement requests.
• Coordinate requirements with internal departments.
• Liaise with vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Monitor PRs, approvals, and orders to prevent delays.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports; highlight vendor performance.
• Maintain accuracy in administrative duties like GRN.
• Maintain procurement records (quotations, tender docs, vendor database).
