Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of procurement experience, ERP proficiency, and strong Excel skills, with knowledge of negotiating supplier terms. Construction or industrial equipment exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement/purchasing processes (PR→PO→DO→Invoice).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle PR, PO, DO and invoices in ERP system.
• Create and maintain purchase orders in ERP.
• Update supplier, item, pricing and purchasing records in ERP.
