Job summary

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business /Purchasing.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualification to shortlist qualified vendors for tenders.
• Prepare tender documents with operations, arrange tender briefing and site shows.
• Compile and evaluate tender submissions, including price analysis and quality assessment.
• Conduct tender interviews, clarifications and negotiation of pricing and contracted terms.
• Prepare recommendation papers for timely approval and award.
• Issue contract agreements to awarded vendors.
• For changes to contract, raise variations and issue variation letters to vendors.
• Create contracts and change orders in the purchasing portal.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with group procurement policies and SOPs.
• Carry out other procurement and contract management tasks as assigned.
