INPRODEC ASSOCIATES (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced procurement leader to drive strategy, optimize policies, and oversee supplier relations.

The role includes managing tenders, negotiating contracts, mentoring a procurement team, and ensuring compliance with laws and internal controls. A degree in supply chain or QS with 7–10 years of procurement experience is required. You will align purchasing with budgets and corporate goals, driving cost savings and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Education: Degree in Supply Chain, QS, or related field.
• Experience: 7–10 years in procurement, with strong tender management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Align procurement activities with organizational goals and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare tender documents, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate tender processes including RFQ, RFP, and ITQ.
• Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and recommend suppliers.
• Ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with tender regulations.
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve disputes.
• Ensure adherence to procurement laws, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records for audit purposes.
• Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and vendor reliability.
• Supervise and mentor procurement and QS staff.
• Allocate tasks, review performance, and provide training.
• Promote best practices in procurement and tender management.
