Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Building or Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in procurement, preferably in the public sector.
• Proficient in GeBIZ and familiar with Government IM requirements.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous approach.
• Interest in data analytics for insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead major and complex tenders from initiation to award.
• Manage end-to-end tendering; align with policies and procedures.
• Advise on complex procurement issues and contract terms.
• Contribute to Procure‑to‑Pay process improvements; AI/automation.
• Support digitalization and data analytics initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Promote knowledge sharing of procurement policies and initiatives.
