Responsibilities

Lead strategic quality, efficiency and productivity initiatives across multiple banking functions.
Design and implement Lean Six Sigma frameworks and methodologies.
Drive digitisation, automation and simplification of processes with tech and data teams.
Build and maintain a pipeline of improvement projects with clear ROI and business cases.
Monitor performance metrics and cost savings; report outcomes to senior management.
Coach and develop a team of practitioners to sustain a culture of operational excellence.
