Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex process reengineering projects across multiple banking functions (retail and wholesale).
• Design and implement Lean Six Sigma frameworks, methodologies, and tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify operational inefficiencies, process risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Hands-on leader, active delivery across people, processes, and change.
• Practical change agent, comfortable rolling up sleeves across levels to drive transformation.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives to simplify, digitize, and automate processes with technology and data teams.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of process improvement projects with clear ROI tracking.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of Lean Six Sigma practitioners.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, improvement outcomes, and cost savings.
• Work with operations teams to design target processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and risk standards.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on operational strategy and governance.
