Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years in digital transformation, strong analytical skills, and experience with Power Automate and UiPath.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience in digital transformation, process improvements and/or automation initiatives.
• Experience with automation and workflow tools (Power Automate, UiPath) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyse workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document as-is processes and contribute to to-be designs and roadmaps.
• Support digitalisation and automation initiatives across OAS.
• Work with IT and stakeholders to implement, test, and review solutions.
• Ensure changes comply with university policies and governance.
• Coordinate initiatives, track milestones, and manage risks and issues.
• Apply project governance and track deliverables.
• Support change communication and adoption of new processes.
