Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Education, Communications or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in academic services within a higher education institution.
• Experience in assessment administration and operations, digital assessments, event management, communications, customer experience, service design or large-scale operational environments.
• Experience supporting high-stakes, mission-critical operations involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver strategic and tactical communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assessment Operations: Plan and administer centralised and decentralised assessments per regulations; manage logistics and invigilator deployment.
• Digital Assessment Operations & Adoption: Oversee digital assessment halls, ensure efficient booking turnaround and high facility utilisation.
• Assessment Partnerships, Engagement & Communications: Build partnerships and deliver engagement initiatives to improve service delivery.
• Governance, Experience Design & Continuous Improvement: Support integrity initiatives and translate insights into improvements.
• Resource Management & Projects: Manage procurement, vendor coordination and cross-functional digital transformation projects.
