Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore is seeking a seasoned professional to lead examination operations within the Office of Academic Services. You will plan centralised and decentralised assessments, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with university policies.

You will oversee digital assessment platforms, build partnerships with schools, drive governance and continuous improvement, and support cross-functional projects related to digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Education, or related field.
• Experience in examination administration, assessment operations, digital assessments, event management, or large-scale operations.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in academic services or higher education.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data management tools.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Integrity and governance-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer centralised and decentralised assessments with compliance.
• Coordinate logistics: venues, seating, invigilators, materials.
• Oversee digital assessment halls and adoption.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and deliver engagement initiatives.
• Support governance, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Manage procurement, vendor coordination and data analysis.
• Support planning, financial stewardship and compliance within OAS.
