Job summary

Prudential in Singapore seeks a Process Improvement and End User Automation Manager to drive data‑driven decisions through automation and analytics. You will lead design, development, and deployment of end‑user automation with Alteryx, Power Platform, and AI tools, partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and optimize processes.

You will champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies, build scalable digital solutions, and ensure governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Business or related discipline, or ACCA equivalent.
Master's Degree is an advantage.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt and related certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop data analytics solutions and automated workflows using Alteryx and Power Platform.
Design and implement automation to reduce manual effort across finance, operations, HR, and customer service.
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
Evaluate and pilot Agentic AI solutions to enhance finance operations and decision‑making.
Engage stakeholders and manage demand intake, prioritisation, and delivery pipelines.
Ensure governance, controls, and data quality across automation solutions.
