The GMP Group, a U.S.-based manufacturer of advanced materials and highly engineered components, seeks an experienced manufacturing engineer in Singapore to develop and optimize processes across silk screen printing, die-cutting, lamination, assembly and converting.

Troubleshootproduction and qualityissues, perform root causeanalysis, and implementeffectivecorrective and preventiveactions (CAPA).
LeadKaizen and continuous improvement initiativesto enhance productivity and yield while reducing cycle time, scrap, and overall manufacturingcosts.
Evaluate, test, andqualifynew materials, equipment, tooling, and manufacturingprocessesto improve productquality and productionefficiency.
Coordinatetooling fabrication, EngineeringChange Notice (ECN) implementation, and ERPsystem configuration.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply withISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, aswell as safety, environmental, and customerrequirements.
Supportequipment installation andsetup, maintenance coordination, and process capabilitystudies.
Participate incustomer and supplier audits, as well as technical discussionsand meetings whenrequired.
Develop and maintainSOPs, work instructions, process specifications, and other engineeringdocumentation.
Bachelor’s Degreein Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a relateddiscipline, with atleast5 years ofexperience in amanufacturing environment, particularly in mechanicaland electronics assembly.
Independent, self-motivated, and proactive team playerwith the ability to work effectivelyunder pressure andwith minimal supervision.
Proficient inMicrosoft Office andAutoCAD, with knowledge ofGD&T, PFMEA, Quality Control Plans(QCP), and processvalidation in accordancewith ISO 13485preferred.
Experience inKaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, yieldimprovement, productivityimprovement, and costreductionis highly preferred.
Strong understanding ofmechanical systems, with working knowledgeofelectrical and electronicsystems.
