Job summary

Recruit Expert is seeking a seasoned process engineer to support manufacturing operations in Singapore. The role emphasizes process optimisation, equipment reliability, and OEE improvement across assembly lines.

You will lead automation projects, upgrade equipment, troubleshoot tooling, and drive process development to enhance yield and quality while supporting preventive maintenance and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in process engineering, automation and assembly manufacturing.
• Experience with assembly processes, automation, tooling/fixtures, equipment improvement and troubleshooting.
• Project management and process/equipment validation experience.
• Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 or FDA requirements.
