Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to develop and optimise manufacturing processes across silk screen printing, die cutting, lamination, assembly and converting.

The role emphasizes NPI support, process validation, and continuous improvement to cut scrap and costs. Candidates should have a engineering degree with at least 5 years in manufacturing, plus hands-on knowledge of ISO 13485, Kaizen and Lean methods.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, GD&T, PFMEA, QCP and ISO 13485 process validation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes, including silk screen printing, die cutting, lamination, assembly and converting.
• Support NPI activities, process parameter setting, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process capability studies.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, yield and cycle time, while reducing scrap and costs.
• Evaluate and qualify new materials, equipment, tooling and manufacturing methods.
• Coordinate tooling fabrication, ECN implementation and ERP system setup.
• Ensure processes comply with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, safety, environmental and customer requirements.
• Support equipment setup and maintenance coordination.
• Prepare SOPs, work instructions and other engineering documents.
• Participate in customer/supplier audits and technical discussions when required.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, GD&T, PFMEA, QCP and ISO 13485 process validation is an advantage.
• Experience in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, yield/productivity improvement and cost reduction is preferred.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems with electrical/electronics knowledge.
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure.
