Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, Accounting, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of regulatory compliance experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with fund management regulations and AML/KYC requirements.
• Certifications such as ICA, CAMS, or CCEP are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and prepare periodic filings and reports.
• Maintain compliance manuals, risk policies, and code of ethics.
• Support internal testing, audits, and review of marketing materials.
• Provide compliance training and day-to-day advisory to internal teams.
• Maintain audit-ready logs and records.
