Qualifications

• 5–10 years of MAS experience and CMSL familiarity.
• Experience with private markets and cross-border compliance preferable.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, PDPA, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MAS and APAC regulatory compliance, filings, and risk management.
• Oversee fund marketing/distribution compliance across APAC, including private placement.
• Develop cross-border governance aligned with local and regional standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary actions in APAC.
• Lead fund registrations in key APAC jurisdictions and train APAC staff.
• Maintain policies on AML, personal dealing, and due diligence.
• Draft and update APAC compliance policies and controls.
• Manage regulatory inspections and audits with regulators and auditors.
• Enhance compliance processes using AI and technology.
• Advise senior management on new products, cross-border marketing, and data privacy.
