Job summary

ARCTIVA PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Head of Compliance for a hands-on leadership role in Singapore. You will shape the firm's compliance framework, oversee monitoring programs, and guide traders, management and operations to stay within regulations and exchange rules.

You will interpret market conduct requirements, oversee investigations of breaches, coordinate remediation, and maintain regulatory reporting and records in collaboration with ICE, CME, LME and other authorities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Law, Business, Compliance or related field.
• Practical experience with ICE, CME, LME or similar futures/exchanges.
• Familiarity with market conduct, reporting obligations and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance of trading activity and communications for breaches and market abuse risks.
• Maintaining monitoring plans, policies, procedures and controls.
• Interfacing with ICE, CME, LME and other exchanges and market authorities.
