Randstad Singapore is seeking a seasoned Private Banking Relationship Manager to grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients in Singapore. You will lead client acquisition, provide holistic wealth advisory, and collaborate with product specialists to tailor solutions.

This role emphasizes strict adherence to KYC/AML standards and MAS regulations, requiring bilingual English and Mandarin communication with cross-border clients. A portable book and relevant regulatory certifications are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of proven track record in private banking or wealth management.
• Existing portable client book or AUM track record (e.g., SGD 100M+).
• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Mandatory local regulatory exams such as CACS Paper 1 and Paper 2 in Singapore, plus CMFAS modules (M1, M5, M6/M6A, M8/M8A, M9/M9A).
• Strong fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross-border clients.

Aufgaben

• Acquire new-to-bank HNW/UHNW clients via personal networks, referrals, internal partnerships, and external business channels.
• Provide holistic wealth advisory on portfolio allocation, investment opportunities, lending and credit solutions, wealth planning, and succession/family governance.
• Deepen existing client relationships to maximise wallet share, cross-sell bank offerings, and hit revenue/profit targets.
• Partner with internal product specialists (treasury, credit, investment advisory) to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and MAS or local regulatory standards.
